Ingredients
1/2 c. Kraft Free Thousand Island fat-free
dressing
1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
4 c. torn mixed salad greens
1 can black beans - (16 ounce) rinsed, liquid removed
1 pkt frzn corn - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
1/2 c. julienne-cut red pepper
1/2 c. thinly-sliced red onion
Directions
Mix dressing and black pepper.
Arrange greens on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing mix.
