  •     dressing
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 c. torn mixed salad greens
  • 1 can black beans - (16 ounce) rinsed, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt frzn corn - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. julienne-cut red pepper
  • 1/2 c. thinly-sliced red onion

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and black pepper.
  2. Arrange greens on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing mix.
