Sour Cream Spinach Dip Recipe (by CookEatShare Cookbook)

Ingredients

2 c. lowfat sour cream 1/2 c. finely minced fresh parsley 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. finely minced green onions

3/4 pkg. dry leek soup (Knorrs) 1 teaspoon dill weed 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, well liquid removed and rechopped Healthy pinch of garlic pwdr

Directions

1. Combine lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Add in soup mix and combine thoroughly. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill till serving time. Makes about 1 qt.
