Ingredients

  • 2 Packages frzn spinach, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Stir together cooked spinach, lowfat sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into shallow buttered baking dish. Top with mix of crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till warm and light brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.
