Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water till done. Saute/fry onion in butter. Combine with lowfat sour cream, water, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a buttered casserole. Pour lowfat sour cream sauce over them. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
