Ingredients

  • 1 pkt silken tofu
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil or possibly mild extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup or possibly sugar
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. plain soy lowfat milk (as needed)

Directions

  1. Place the tofu in the bowl of a food processor or possibly blender, and blend till smooth. Add in the vinegar, oil, salt, and 1 tbsp of the soy lowfat milk. Blend. Add in the remaining soymilk one tbsp at a time till the proper consistency is reached. Store in the refrigerator
