Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, liquid removed
Directions
- Beat baking mix, Large eggs, lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream with hand beater till smooth. Stir in blueberries. Cook on warm griddle.
