Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Beat baking mix, Large eggs, lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream with hand beater till smooth. Stir in blueberries. Cook on warm griddle.
