Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening, and sugar till fluffy. Beat in molasses and Large eggs; set aside. In another large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Blend thoroughly with wire whisk. Gradually mix flour mix with creamed ingredients till dough is smooth. Roll in 1 1/2 inch balls, sugar. Place 2 1/2 inches part on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 min.
