Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 3 drops warm sauce
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Combine first seven ingredients; stir well. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. Serve with melba rounds. Yield: 2 c.. 38 calories per Tbsp..
