Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon onion juice (or possibly a sm. amount of onion pwdr and finely minced onion)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 2 (4 ounce.) jars smoked oysters, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
Directions
- Bring cheese to room temperature - mix with mayonnaise, onion, paprika and sherry. Whip till fluffy. Mix in minced oysters and chives.
