Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 pounds lean grnd beef
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cans tomatoes, diced in juice
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- frzn vegetables - to your taste
- butter for browning meat, mushrooms and onions
Directions
- For vegetables, I use frzn whole okra and french cut green beans.
- In heavy fry pan, brown onions and mushrooms only till golden brown.
- Add in meat and cook till crumbly. Add in canned tomatoes. Add in frzn vegetables.
- Mix with wooden spoon Cook covered over low/medioum heat till veggies are cooked.
- Serve over fluffy rice.
