Skinny Spiced Cranberry Punch Recipe ~ A Delicious Light Drink! A Mixture of Cranberry, Pineapple Juice and Ginger Ale and Spiced with Cinnamon. Perfect for Holiday Parties!

Let’s talk Christmas music! Do you fully embrace it? Shy away from it? Grimace when the radio starts playing it again? While we were making Oreo Truffles and Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzels I felt the need to crank up the Christmas music this past weekend. We were up at the cabin with my Mom, who watched the kiddos while I made some treats and the hubs worked on the basement remodel.

We were all perfectly happy with the situation. I got to enjoy making treats without kids in my hair while Mom got to fully enjoyed the children while I cooked and baked away all weekend! The perfect marriage. My hubs was happy too. Let’s just say somehow he convinced me the treats needed to be stored downstairs and I ended up with half of my Rolo Peanut Butter Blossoms ate by the end of the weekend! He was a happy camper at least!

Back to that Christmas music. This girl right here, thinks of every single chance possible to crank it up. I was playing it well before Thanksgiving and it hasn’t quit. This year there hasn’t been any snow here Minnesota or at least not much. The little snow we did have melted this weekend except for the snowman that has shrunk to half it’s size outside our front door. Poor Olaf. Due to the lack of snow and warm temps I’ve been playing it to get in the holiday mood. Trust me, I’m not complaining. I would MUCH rather play excessive Christmas music than freeze my rear off!

My hubs thinks the fact that wherever I go there is Christmas music cranked up is quite annoying. He is a Christmas music hater for some reason. He gets sick and tired of the cheesiness factor of all the radio stations playing it. I think he’s got a bit of the Grinch in him! What do you think?

Miss K follows in her mother’s footsteps. While I had the Christmas music roaring at the cabin this weekend she was dancing and grinning from ear to ear. Although she hopes every single song is Jingle Bells because that’s the only one she knows the words too! I think I better enlighten her to all the Christmas music as quick as possible so that’s the excuse I’m going to use if the Grinch says anything about our home being filled with the delightful songs of Christmas!

Next up on my plan is hosting a few holiday parties with this delicious Skinny Spiced Cranberry Punch while the Christmas music is cranked of course! I think it’s so much fun to try different beverages for holiday parties. I mean who really wants water or soda? Same old boring thing at every party. Not I! This is the perfect time to treat them to a delicious punch that you made for the holidays.

Skinny Spiced Cranberry Punch is a delightful mixture of cinnamon, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and ginger ale and of course served over fresh cranberries and ice. Grab a glass and enjoy! Cheers!

I lightened this festive beverage up by using Truvia® Natural Sweetener. It’s one of my favorite secret ingredients because it helps me reduce the calories and sugar in delicious drinks and not sacrificing the flavor. Truvia® sweetener is natural, great-tasting sweetness that was born from the leaves of the stevia plant. This beverage is bursting with holiday flavors. Perfect for treating your guests when they are at your house over the holidays and New Years!
