Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip light reduced calorie salad dressing with no cholesterol
  • 3/4 pound sirloin or possibly round steak, cubed
  • 2 c. (3/4 lb.) peeled cubed potatoes
  • 4 carrots, sliced into 1/2" pcs
  • 1 sm. onion, quartered
  • 1 c. water
  • 1.2 ounce. pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves

Directions

  1. In 10 inch skillet, stir together salad dressing, beef and vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat; simmer 25-30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Serves 4-6. Preparation time 20 min. Cooking time 33 min.
