Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 pound sirloin tip roast
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. dry red wine
  • Lemon pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Thyme

Directions

  1. Rub a roast with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Rub lemon pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt and garlic powder to taste on roast.
  3. In a 350 degree oven, roast 20 min per lb..
  4. One half hour before ready, pour a cup of red wine over.
