Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 sm. pkg. frzn shrimp (calabash style)
- 1 can bean sprouts, liquid removed
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 Large eggs, scrambled
- 4 c. rice, cooked
- Extra virgin olive oil
- butter
- Soy sauce
Directions
- Saute/fry onions, bean sprouts and shrimp in 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp. butter till onions are tender. Stir-fry rice in 3 Tbsp. butter for 3 min. Add in shrimp, bean sprouts, onions and Large eggs, and stir fry for 2 min. Add in soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Can use wok or possibly large frying pan.
