Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions, bean sprouts and shrimp in 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp. butter till onions are tender. Stir-fry rice in 3 Tbsp. butter for 3 min. Add in shrimp, bean sprouts, onions and Large eggs, and stir fry for 2 min. Add in soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Can use wok or possibly large frying pan.
