Directions

  1. Put layer of tater tots on bottom of 9 x 12 inch lightly greased dish. Top with cheeses. Mix together Large eggs, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, sausage, olives, and spices. Pour 1/2 of mix over tater tots. Add in another layer of tater tots, then remaining mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Top with cheeses during last 10 min of baking.
