Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 cans Frito bean dip
- 3 avocados, mashed or possibly frzn guacamole may be used
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 1 sm. can ripe olives, minced
- Bunch of green onions
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- Grated cheese
- Optional: 1 pound grnd beef, browned
Directions
- Layer as follows: (1) bean dip; spread on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. (2) mashed avocados with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or possibly frzn dip. (3) lowfat sour cream with taco seasoning mixed in. (4) minced ripe olives. (5) minced onions (add in meat if used). (6) minced tomatoes or possibly when tomatoes aren't good I substitute a small jar of picante sauce, or possibly it can be used with tomatoes. (7) grated cheese, to cover the top. Refrigerateand serve with Mexican style chips. I added the meat so I guess it isn't 7 layers anymore.
