  1. Heat butter in large pot. Add in flour and blend into smooth paste. Add in water, tomato sauce, okra and salt. Simmer, covered for 1 hour. Add in remaining ingredients 15 min prior to serving. Serve warm over rice. Delicious reheated the next day!
