Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 c. cake flour or possibly 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Cut chilled shortening into flour mix. Add in lowfat milk. Knead dough 1/2 minute. Place on lightly floured board and roll out.
  2. NOTE: I use same recipe for shortcake, but add in 1/4 c. sugar.
