Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin, grnd
  • 1 tsp Saltsubstitute
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 x Potatoes, baked
  • 1 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 c. Braised Red Cabbage

Directions

  1. Freeze chops for 20 min. Trim off all visible fat.
  2. In a c., combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hrs.
  4. Place the chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, till the chops are browned and crusty; 8-12 min per side.
  5. Serve with baked potatoes, applesauce and cabbage.
