Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 3 c. pancake mix
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can peach slices
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. brown & serve sausage links

Directions

  1. Preheat pancake mix according to directions except use 1 1/2 c. liquid in place of amount called for. Turn into 9 x 13 inch pan. Halve sausage links crosswise. Arrange links and peaches alternately on top of pancake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Syrup: Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan. Add in peach juice. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir in syrup and butter. Serve with slices of pancake. Serves 10-12.
