Directions

  1. Cream peanut butter and butter. Slowly add in white and brown sugars, beating till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and egg beaters. Beat well. Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Blend into peanut butter mix. Drop on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork in criss-cross pattern. Bake about 10 min in a 350 degree oven. Let cold slightly on cookie sheet, then remove and let cold completely.
