Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. red potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled & cubed
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. finely minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced fine
  • 6 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1/4 c. finely minced dill pickles
  • 1/4 c. finely minced sweet pickle
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green olives
  • 1/4 c. finely minced black olives
  • Healthy pinch of sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or possibly 2 tbsp. reg. mustard or possibly grey poupon
  • 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Stir together potatoes, Large eggs, onions, peppers, celery, mixed pickles and mixed olives. Add in mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir everything together. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving. Serves 10 (1 c.) servings.
