Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 (3 pound broilers), cut up or possibly several breasts
  • 1 jar low sugar apricot jelly
  • 1 env. onion soup mix
  • 1 jar low calorie Russian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Mix together and cover chicken with sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
