Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1lb pork
- 2 onions
- 113g sliced whole mushrooms from can
- 411g diced tomatoes in syrup from can
- 1/3 beef flavour stock cube
- salt, pepper, ground paprika to taste
Directions
- Dice pork (2-3cm pieces).
- Peel onions and chop (1 cm pieces). Fry in saucepan.
- Add pork to saucepan and fry evenly.
- Dissolve beef flavour stock cube to make 1 cup of stock. Pour stock in saucepan.
- Add mushrooms, tomatoes with syrup. Add salt, pepper and ground paprika to taste. Stew for 15 mins.
- Serve hot.
