Quick And Easy Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 1/2 c. 0.5% lowfat milk
  • 1 sm packag Jello 'Cook and Serve'
  •     Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk with vanilla pudding mix. Add in rice.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix is boiling. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Allow to cold. Then pour into individual serving containers. Chill or possibly serve at room temperature.
  3. Serves 6.
