Potato & Leek Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. celery, minced 3 c. leeks, minced 3 c. potatoes, minced

46 ounce. chicken broth 1 c. parsley or possibly chives, minced Salt to taste

Directions

1. Brown celery and leeks. Boil potatoes in chicken broth. Add in other ingredients and simmer till potatoes are cooked.
