Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 c. grated, pared raw potatoes
- 1/2 c. grated pared apples
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd mace
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Grnd nutmeg
Directions
- Rinse potatoes in cool water, drain. Mix potatoes, apples, onion, Large eggs, flour, mace, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in large skillet till warm. Fry potato mix using 1/3 c. for each pancake, adding oil as necessary. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
