Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork spare ribs
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Plum jam
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Orange juice
  • 1 x Clove garlic

Directions

  1. Cut ribs into serving pcs. Simmer one hour in water.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients. Baste ribs, cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 min, basting every 10 min.
