Ingredients

  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) Jello pistachio pudding (instant)
  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. club soda or possibly 7-Up (room temp.)
  • 2 env. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
  • 1 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) pkg. pistachio pudding mix, instant

Directions

  1. Put together these 6 ingredients. Beat 4 min at medium speed. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 or possibly 50 min.
  2. Put together Dream Whip and lowfat milk. Beat at high speed till peaks form. Add in pudding mix and beat till fluffy. Spread over sides and top of cake. Decorate top of cake with pecan halves and a couple sprinkles of minced pecans.
