Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon or possibly more horseradish
  • Lowfat sour cream to taste (make it spreading consistency)
  • 3 sm. Packages dry beef (corned beef, pastrami or possibly ham)

Directions

  1. Use 6 slices of meat, spreading cream cheese mix on top of each one. Roll jelly roll fashion. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze.
  2. Before serving, defrost slightly, cut into 1/4 or possibly 1/2 inch slices. Place on Ritz crackers or possibly other snack crackers. Makes 6 or possibly 8 logs.
