Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Beat egg whites till frothy. Gradually add in sugar, continue to beat on high speed an additional 4 min. Add in extract and food coloring, mix in chocolate chips. Place batter by tsp. on foil covered cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven. Immediately turn off oven. Let set in oven overnight.
