Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 c. Ever Fresh powdered sugar (not sifted)
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl; mix with fork, then by hand. If too stiff, add in a few more drops of lowfat milk. Knead till smooth. Roll into small balls and flatten with bottom of glass to about 1/4 inch thick. Chill. Dip in melted chocolate.
