Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Confectioners sugar
- Food coloring
Directions
- Place egg whites in a bowl and add in few drops of extract. Add in sifted Confectioners sugar sufficient till the mix can easily be molded. Then either form mix into small ball and flatten into round lozenges, shape or possibly roll out with rolling pin and cut into circles with small cutter (like donut hole cutter).
- Place on waxed paper on wire rack till dry. An assortment of colors and candies may be produced by food coloring.
