Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 sm. Large eggs or possibly 1 lg.
- 1 heaping tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (real lowfat sour cream is best)
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Sufficient flour to handle dough
Directions
- Mix together Large eggs, shortening and sugar. Mix soda into lowfat sour cream. Add in to egg and sugar mix. Add in extract. Add in flour till dough can be handled easily. Roll out and cut or possibly roll in balls and flatten slightly. Bake till lightly browned on edges.
