Directions

  1. Mix chocolate chips, butter and cream in a heavy saucepan. Place over very low heat and stir till chips and butter are melted and mix is smooth and thick. Remove from heat. Beat in the powdered sugar till mix is smooth again. Stir in the peppermint extract.
