Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter softened
  • 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Salted peanuts
  • 6 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 ounce (or possibly) butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Add in peanut butter and Large eggs.
  2. Mix well. Stir in flour and baking soda and blend well. Add in peanuts and chips. Mix just till blended.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 9-12 min or possibly till golden. Remove right away from cookie sheet and cold on wire rack.
