Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced, dry peaches
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and add in to first mix alternately with lowfat milk. Add in nuts and peaches. Mix well.
- Shape into two rolls, wrap in waxed paper and place in freezer till ready to bake. Slice thin and bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 min. Yields: 5 dozen cookies.
