Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 box confectioners' sugar (10X, sifted)
- 1 stick butter
- Lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
- Sugar
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Fresh fruit preservative
- 2 baked pastry pie shells
Directions
- Prepare peach slices with fresh fruit preservative according to package directions; coat with sugar; set aside. Cream confectioners' sugar with softened butter. Add in just sufficient lowfat milk to make of spreading consistency.
- Add in vanilla and almond extract. Spread on bottoms of pie shells. Arrange peaches on top of this. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Chill and refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving.
