Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 box confectioners' sugar (10X, sifted)
  • 1 stick butter
  • Lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
  • Sugar
  • Sweetened whipped cream
  • Fresh fruit preservative
  • 2 baked pastry pie shells

Directions

  1. Prepare peach slices with fresh fruit preservative according to package directions; coat with sugar; set aside. Cream confectioners' sugar with softened butter. Add in just sufficient lowfat milk to make of spreading consistency.
  2. Add in vanilla and almond extract. Spread on bottoms of pie shells. Arrange peaches on top of this. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Chill and refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving.
