Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (small) cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb Margarine, (soft)
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Grnd nuts, (I use walnuts, but you can pecans)

Directions

  1. Dough: Mix all together and refrigeratefor one hour. Make 24 balls and press into small muffin pans. Then add in filling.
  2. Filling: Heat margarine, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in egg and nuts. Fill c. and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
