Ingredients

  • 8 slc Day-old bread, in pcs
  • 1 lrg Onion, coarsely minced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Each marjoram, paprika and dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 12 ounce Each grnd beef and turkey
  • 1/3 c. No-cholesterol fat-free egg substitute

Directions

  1. Place bread and onion in food processor, whirl. Add in tomatoes, marjoram, paprika, parsley and pepper, whirl.
  2. Combine beef, turkey, egg substitute and bread mix in bowl. Pack into 6-c. ring mold. Bake at 375 degree F for 50 min. Unmold onto platter.
  3. Beef Gravy: Saute/fry 1 small minced onion in 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil: blend in 2 Tbsp. flour. Add in 3/4 c. condensed beef broth and 1/2 c. water. Cook, stirring, till mix thickens and boils.
