Mushroom & Capcicum Stir-fry

This is a really easy and quick dish to make and best eaten with plain rice.

Ingredients

  • 200g button mushroom (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 green capcicum - sliced
  • 1 small onion - sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic - roughly sliced
  • Oyster sauce - to taste (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Saute the garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the capcicum for 1-2 minutes then the mushrooms.
  3. Let the mushroom cook (if necessary, add very little water).
  4. Add some oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with plain rice.
