Mushroom & Capcicum Stir-fry Recipe
This is a really easy and quick dish to make and best eaten with plain rice.

Directions
- Saute the garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the capcicum for 1-2 minutes then the mushrooms.
- Let the mushroom cook (if necessary, add very little water).
- Add some oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
