1 x beefsteak tomato, sliced 6 x fresh leaves, of, basil 1 x buffalo mozzarella cheese, from, parmesan, sliced     Italian white truffle

freshly cracked black pepper 1 pch sea salt     drizzle of truffle oil

Directions

1. Layer tomato, basil, mozzarella, and truffle slice. Season with salt & pepper & drizzle oil on top.
