Mom's Potato Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar (granulated) 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 heaping teaspoon flour 2 Large eggs, beaten Add in 1/4 c. Miracle Whip if you think its too strong

Directions

1. Heat vinegar. Mix dry ingredients together. Add in beaten egg. Return to stove and cook on low heat till it thickens. Cold. Yummy!
