Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pound cranberries
  • 1 lg. orange, unpeeled
  • 1 lg. red apple, unpeeled
  • 1 flat can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. orange Jello

Directions

  1. Remove seeds from orange. Core apple and put through food chopper together with raw cranberries. Add in pineapple and sugar. Let stand 2 hrs. Dissolve both pkgs. Jello with 2 c. warm water. Add in minced fruits. Pour into molds or possibly one large dish. Allow to set.
