Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pkg. mixed beans or possibly bean soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
- 1/2 c. carrots, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 quart. tomatoes
Directions
- Wash beans; put in a large pan. Cover with water; add in ham, carrots, onion, celery, and salt and pepper. After beans have cook for awhile or possibly till they are tender, add in tomatoes. Cook till they are done. This takes about 1 1/2 hrs.
