Ingredients

  • 20 1/2 ounce lowfat brownie mix
  • 2 whl Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 ounce marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/4 c. reduced fat lowfat milk chocolate frosting melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, Large eggs, water, and oil.
  2. Stir till well blended. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 25 min or possibly till set. Spread marshmallow creme gently over warm brownies (see notes).
  3. Pour melted frosting over marshmallow creme. Swirl with knife to marble.
  4. Cold completely.
  5. Serving Ideas : Cut into bars.
  6. NOTES : For ease in spreading marshmallow creme, place spoonfuls proportionately over brownie surface. Allow heat of brownies to soften marshmallow creme before spreading. Store leftover melted frosting in original container and chill.
