Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1# Ground Turkey
- 1/3# Fresh Spanish Goat Cheese with Paprika or Herbs
- 1/3 cup fresh, unseasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 8 small dinner rolls
Directions
- In large bowl, combine turkey with bread crumbs, lemon juice and peel, thyme and salt and pepper.
- Make 16- 1oz patties
- Place a piece of cheese in center of 8 patties. Cover with 2nd pattie.
- Grill about 4 minutes per side. serve on dinner roll
