Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pound new potatoes
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Scrub potatoes and cut off a band of skin around middle of each. Place potatoes and water in a covered casserole dish. Cook on 100% POWER about 10 min. Stir once. Add in remaining ingredients and let stand about 3 min.
