Mexican Taco Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. minced tomatoes
- 4 c. crushed corn chips or possibly tortilla chips
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1/2 c. Kraft French or possibly Catalina French dressing
Directions
- Brown meat and drain. Add in onion cook till tender, add in beans and seasoning. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 min. Combine remaining ingredients. Add in beef mix. Mix lightly and serve immediately.
