Ingredients

  • 2 pound stew meat, cut in bite size cubes
  • 3 med. sized onions, diced
  • 3 lg. potatoes, diced
  • 4 cans (4 1/2 ounce.) minced green chile
  • 3 large cloves of garlic, minced fine
  • 3 pinches cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown meat, add in onions, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and chile with sufficient water to cover. Add in to diced potatoes, cook entire stew in crockpot for 5 to 8 hrs on low setting.
